David Solberg founded the firm in 1991 and is managing member. With over 35 years of accounting and legal experience - including years as manager in the Arthur Andersen tax department - his expertise is a driving force behind the millions we've generated in savings for our clients. He is a graduate of Willamette University School of Law.

Lyle Adams joined David Solberg in 1992, bringing his name and broad knowledge of contracts and tariffs to the table.
