David A. Solberg, J.D., C.P.A.
David Solberg founded the firm in 1991 and is managing member. With over 35 years of accounting and legal experience - including years as manager in the Arthur Andersen tax department - his expertise is a driving force behind the millions we've generated in savings for our clients. He is a graduate of Willamette University School of Law.
Among professional successes, David most values negotiating carrier contracts with terms and rates that clients thought were unattainable. From his professional to his personal life, his philosophy is " Analyze situations from all viewpoints, and strive for total preparation,"
Lyle F. Adams, J.D., C.P.A. - inactive
Lyle Adams joined David Solberg in 1992, bringing his name and broad knowledge of contracts and tariffs to the table. His 35 years of accounting and finance experience -including positions as a corporate treasurer and a chief financial officer - gives Solberg•Adams' clients an edge in reducing costs and securing refunds during contract negotiations. He is a graduate of Willamette University School of Law.
Million dollar successes are among Lyle's most memorable, from Solberg•Adams' first million dollar year to the first time the firm achieved million dollar annual savings for a single client. He gives large credit to the firm's "dynamic team" for making it all happen.
Elizabeth (Liz) Carroll
As Director of Client Relations, Liz Carroll focuses on delivering results for clients every day. She joined Solberg•Adams in 2001 after a stellar career with AT&T. While there she was a three-time winner of AT&T's annual Leader's Council award, which is given to the company's top 1%.
Liz values relationships and recalls the feeling of accomplishment after receiving a thank you note from a very busy CFO client. "It meant a lot that he took the time to send me a personal note thanking me for the savings we found for his organization. It delivered a couple cents per share to his earnings report." She works every day to earn respect, trust - and business - from clients. Her favorite quote: "The asking is free."
She works hard to balance her two loves: her profession and her family. She and her husband Dan, stay busy with their children Michael and Mary Beth.
Kimberly (Kim) Jarrett
Kimberly Jarrett joined the Solberg Adams team in 2000 from Qwest, where she was a sales and service manager. She has also held positions in the industry as an audit manager and as a special promotions manager. As an operations manager for Solberg Adams, she is responsible for client relations and the daily operation of our VTB™ product.
Amy Fanning
Amy Fanning has more than eight years of telecommunications experience. She has held positions in the industry as a customer care manager, corporate trainer, and telecommunications cost auditor. As one of Solberg Adams's project managers, she is responsible for servicing major accounts.
Troy Kent
Troy Kent keeps Solberg•Adams humming as Data/IP Consultant and Network Administrator. A graduate of Stanford University, he joined the firm in 2002.
