Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Portland, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Dallas.
Description: Responsible for all customer contact. Must have the ability to successfully communicate at the "C" level and to take ownership of the entire customer relationship.
Qualifications: Telecommunications industry experience is preferred with a basic understanding of telecommunications invoices and services. Requires strong management skills and the ability to work with multiple databases and customers. Must be detailed oriented, possess excellent follow-up skills and have an excellent record of sales success.
